Live action Rick and Morty - Midjourney style!

 

Ooh, that gives me a idea.

I know a live action Rick and Morty has been discussed quite a lot.

And people are in love with this idea:

Especially as Doc from 'Back to the Future' was the inspiration for Rick Sanchez, and Marty McFly, the inspiration for Morty Smith.

But I have an alternative idea, based on Dr Who similarities:

Yes! Peter Capaldi, clever swearing misanthrope. Rick is already a fusion of Malcolm Tucker and Dr Who, so why not.

I asked Midjourney to create some imagery, and used Tobey Maguire as a possible Morty:

Hmm, not bad, but the AI seems to have a habit of giving both characters each other's features, so lets look at doing them separately:

Oh yeah!

That's pretty convincing too, Maguire does look a lot like Morty.
Only problem, he's a bit old to be playing a ten year old.

Maybe... Asa Butterfield?

Now that's what I'm talking about!
